Mango Cheesecake <br /> <br />Cream Cheese <br />Link: https://dai.ly/x7u8dk8<br /> <br />Ingredients <br />Mango - 1 No. <br />Biscuits - 8-10 Nos. <br />Cream Cheese - 1 Bowl <br />Powdered Sugar - 3 tbsp <br />Fresh Cream - 3-4 tbsp <br />Butter - 1 tbsp <br />Honey - 1 tbsp <br /> <br />Preparation <br /> <br />Mango Puree <br />1. Scoop out the Mango Pulp from Mango. <br />2. Grind in a mixer blender. <br />3. Mango Puree is ready <br /> <br />Biscuit Crumbs <br />1. Grind the Biscuits in a mixer blender. <br />2. Add 1 tbsp butter to the Biscuit crumbs. <br />3. Mix it well <br /> <br />Mango Cream Cheese <br />1. Add 2 tbsp sugar to 1 bowl of Cream Cheese. Mix it well. <br />2. Take 3-4 tbsp Fresh Cream in another bowl. Give it a nice whisk. <br />3. Add the sweetened Cream Cheese to the Fresh Cream. <br />4. Add half of the Mango Puree to this and 1 tbsp honey. <br />5. Mix everything well. <br />6. Mango Cream Cheese is ready. <br /> <br />Sweetened Mango Puree <br />1. Heat a pan, add the rest of the Mango Puree. <br />2. Add 1 tbsp Sugar. <br />3. Cook till it's nice and soft. <br /> <br />Mango Cheesecake <br />1. To a serving bowl, add Biscuit Crumbs to the bottom. Press it with a spoon. <br />2. Add Mango Cream Cheese as the second layer. <br />3. Add sweetened Mango Puree to this. <br />4. Top it with some Mango Cubes. <br />5. Refrigerate for at-least 7-8 hours. <br />6. Mango Cheesecake is ready.
